Our individual and group programs are designed to address this directly. Informed by science, psychology, and 21st-century business, our program’s and mental health services combine personal therapy with leadership coaching to help you build awareness, emotion regulation, and improve how you think, respond, and relate to people while navigating complex environments.

How We Work
We offer both one-on-one services and confidential small-group programs. The work is structured, psychologically grounded, and directly tied to the realities of leadership.
Focus on four key areas:
Grounding – Self-Regulation
Understand how stress shows up in your body, drives your thinking and your reactions. Develop tools that reduce reactivity and increase steadiness under pressure.
Presence – Expand Awareness
Build awareness of internal narratives, emotional responses, and default patterns. Strengthen your ability to pause, reality-test, and respond with presence.
Healthy Relationships – Improve Communication
Examine how your patterns show up in communication, boundaries, and conflict. Develop more direct, effective, and sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.
Integration – Sustaining Change
Translate insight into action. Build a personalized, practical system to support consistent leadership and well-being over time.

The Inner Edge: A Well-Being Program for Leaders
Developed and led by Dr. Tatijana Busic, Clinical and Organizational Psychologist, and Dr. Amanda Matejicek, Executive and Team Coach, The Inner Edge: A Well-Being Program for Leaders is a 6–8 week experience that combines individual and group work.
It is designed for leaders who:
- Seek to build sustained inner capacity – an Inner Edge – that strengthens both leadership performance and mental health
- Are navigating stress and the ongoing demands of high-responsibility roles
- Are open to reflection, learning, and honest conversation in a confidential group setting
The goal of this work is simple yet powerful: to become more grounded, more present, and more confident in your leadership and your ability to build healthier relationships.
Details
Duration: 6-8 consecutive weeks of 90-minute group sessions with two individual sessions (pre & post).
Cohort Size: 6–8 leaders. We maintain small, confidential cohorts to support a deep work environment. A quarterly waitlist is maintained.
Format: Virtual and in-person (Bay/Bloor)
Investment: Contact for details. This is a psychological service and may be covered under extended insurance.
