Meet Dr. Amanda Matejicek:

Hi! I’m Amanda. I believe that every person carries an extraordinary capacity for growth, and that when we do the courageous inner work of becoming more fully ourselves, we inevitably elevate everyone around us. I bring together the science of psychology and the art of human connection to help leaders and teams navigate complexity, foster well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change, in their work and in their lives.

With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and over 20 years of experience, I blend neuroscience, systems thinking, and organizational science with genuine curiosity about what makes people, and organizations, truly thrive. Personal and professional growth are inseparable to me. Real transformation happens when we have the courage to look inward, question our assumptions, and step into a fuller version of ourselves.

Through coaching and facilitation, I support leaders in deepening self-awareness, shifting patterns that no longer serve them, and developing the mindset and relational capacity needed to lead effectively in complex environments. I am known for my grounded, relational approach and my ability to work effectively with leaders in complex, high-stakes environments.
