HOW TO BEGIN

We start with a 20-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to learn about your needs and determine fit. To book a consultation please click here to contact us.

DURATION

Appointments are typically 50 – 70 minutes long. The frequency and duration depend on your needs.

FEES

The cost is determined by the type of service we provide. Services provided by psychologists are not covered by OHIP, but are covered by most extended health insurance and workplace programs.

CONFIDENTIALITY

As registered health care providers, our work is bound to privacy and confidentiality laws. There are some legal limitations to privacy and confidentiality. We review these limitations in detail when we meet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict two business day cancellation policy. Full fees are charged for late cancellations and missed appointments.
