Meet Carlos: Neuromanagement Expert and Executive Coach

With extensive experience in developing leaders and management teams globally, I bring a unique blend of neuroscience and business acumen to my coaching. Raised and educated in Argentina, I’ve spent over 20 years working across Europe, the USA, and Canada. Now based in Madrid, I work with clients from diverse cultures around the world.

Originally trained as a medical doctor, I leverage my medical background and brain expertise to apply Neuromanagement techniques that drive sustainable change. My early career includes over 20 years in executive roles within multinational pharmaceutical companies, focusing on biotechnology and human health.

As an Executive Coach, I give workshops and lectures on Neuromanagement, helping organizations harness the power of neuroscience. I am a professor of Neuromanagement in MBA programs at the University of New York in Prague and GEA in Slovenia, a guest lecturer at the University of Guelph, and a thought leader with the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
