Who Is This Program For?
This program is for male leaders seeking to enhance mental wellness, find community, and embrace life’s challenges with strength. Together, we’ll break the stigma, share experiences, and foster resilience in a supportive environment. Program requirements include the following:
Professional Role:
Currently holds a leadership position within their organization.
Gender Identity:
Individuals who identify as men, acknowledging their unique challenges in mental health, leadership and personal relationships.
Age Range:
30 to 65 years.
Residence:
Must reside in Ontario, Canada.

There are Two Ways to Work with Us
Individual Sessions
Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to your goals and challenges. Grounded in clinical psychology and neuroscience, well use evidence-based tools to improve emotional regulation, relationships, stress tolerance, and psychological flexibility. You’ll have a confidential, non- judgmental space to explore thoughts, heal from past stress or trauma, and work through professional issues.
- Session Length: 60 minutes
- Location: Virtual or in-person
- Frequency: Tailored to your schedule and needs
Group Program
Session Times: Well-Being: A Group for Male Leaders is an 8-week closed-group that runs throughout 2025 with a
maximum of six participants per group. In addition to the group sessions, each participant will have three private one-on-one sessions with Dr. Tatijana Busic to cover the eight-week program. Both in-person and online options are available.
- Session Length: 90 minutes
- Location: Virtual or in-person
- Frequency: Weekly for 8 weeks

What This Program Offers
Led by Dr. Tatijana Busic, Ph.D., clinical and organizational psychologist, this science-backed, trauma-informed program integrates emotional intelligence, leadership psychology, and resilience training to help women sustain success without sacrificing themselves in the process.
We focus on:
Physical Health – Understanding how stress impacts the body and reclaiming energy.
Mental Health – Breaking free from perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and decision fatigue.
Emotional Health – Strengthening resilience, navigating bias, and reclaiming confidence.
Relational Health – Setting boundaries, managing difficult conversations, and breaking patterns of over-functioning.
