Well-Being for
Male Leaders

Well-Being:

A Group for Male Leaders

Welcome to Well-Being: A Group for Male Leaders, an 8-week program crafted to support men in overcoming emotional barriers such as stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, while building the psychological resilience essential for confident, authentic leadership.

Who Is This Program For?

This program is for male leaders seeking to enhance mental wellness, find community, and embrace life’s challenges with strength. Together, we’ll break the stigma, share experiences, and foster resilience in a supportive environment. Program requirements include the following:

  • Professional Role: Currently holds a leadership position within their organization.
  • Gender Identity: Individuals who identify as men, acknowledging their unique challenges in mental health, leadership and personal relationships.
  • Age Range: 30 to 65 years.
  • Residence: Must reside in Ontario, Canada.

What to Expect?

Led by myself, Dr. Tatijana Busic, Ph.D., clinical and organizational psychologist, with nearly 20 years of experience, this science-backed program is trauma informed and integrates emotional intelligence, leadership psychology and resilience training.

Juggling complex personal and leadership demands is tough. To address life’s stressors and the rapid, constant change in today’s world, a holistic approach to well-being and leadership is essential.

We’ll dive into four key areas, through a combination of group discussions and customized toolkit building:

  • Physical Health: Stress and prolonged pressure can manifest physically, impacting overall health. We’ll focus on energy levels, sleep quality, and body tension.
  • Mental Health: Decreased focus, negative self-talk, lowered motivation, and indecision hinder performance and well-being. Addressing these challenges is crucial.
  • Emotional Health: Constant decision-making and increasing responsibility can reduce confidence and create feelings of being “stuck.” Enhancing emotional health allows for resilience and clarity in navigating challenges.
  • Relational Health: Navigating relationships—romantic, family, friendships, or work—can be challenging, often leading to strain or avoided conversations. Strengthening relational health fosters deeper connections and more productive interactions, both personally and professionally.

You’ll walk away with greater confidence to lead, love and live with greater wellness.
