    • The tension between ambition, caregiving, and personal well-being
    • Reclaiming confidence, boundaries, and self-trust in demanding environments

    Who is This Program For?

    This program is for female leaders seeking to enhance mental wellness, find community, and embrace life’s challenges. Together, we’ll break the stigma, share experiences, and foster resilience in a supportive environment. Program requirements include the following:

    Professional Role:
    Currently holds a leadership position.

    Gender Identity:
    Individuals who identify as women and acknowledging the unique challenges women face personally and professionally.

    Age Range:
    30 to 65 years.

    Residence:
    Must reside in Ontario, Canada

    What This Program Offers

    Led by Dr. Tatijana Busic, Ph.D., clinical and organizational psychologist, this science-backed, trauma-informed program integrates emotional intelligence, leadership psychology, and resilience training to help women sustain success without sacrificing themselves in the process.

    We focus on:

    Physical Health – Understanding how stress impacts the body and reclaiming energy.

    Mental Health – Breaking free from perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and decision fatigue.

    Emotional Health – Strengthening resilience, navigating bias, and reclaiming confidence.

    Relational Health – Setting boundaries, managing difficult conversations, and breaking patterns of over-functioning.

    Program Details

    Individual Sessions

    Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to your needs, aligning with your goals, challenges, and areas of growth. Grounded in clinical psychology and neuroscience, this evidence-based approach integrates tools to enhance emotional regulation, improve personal and professional relationships, heal from past stress and trauma, strengthen stress tolerance, and build psychological flexibility. Our sessions provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions and work through the tough stuff.

    • Session Length: 60 minutes
    • Location: Virtual or in-person
    • Frequency: Tailored to your schedule and needs

      Group Program 

      EmpowerHer: A Group for Female Leaders is an 8-week closed-group designed to support the personal and professional growth of women in leadership. With a maximum of six participants, the small-group format allows for deeper connection, reflection, and accountability. The program includes three private one-on-one coaching sessions with Dr. Tatijana Busic to help tailor your growth to your unique needs and goals.

       

      • Session Length: 90 minutes
      • Location: Virtual or in-person
      • Frequency: Weekly for 8 weeks
